Nickelback puts on a very good show
Goodbye June was entertaining, polished, and very powerful. In my opinion, they are one of the best and most original talents to come along in a while. They don't stand out in terms of their sound or appearance, but that is OK to me. Flash and glamour don't matter. What really matters is their talent, their material, their original songs. Goodbye June is awesome in that regard. Their songs evoke some sort of emotional response from the listener, including remorse, reflection, relationships, victories and losses, even revenge. Of course, there are also the mindless songs about sex, drugs, and parties, but these are often the most popular and fun to listen and dance to. The show was great, along with the impressive pyrotechnics and the drummer's wild machine. I will see them again next time they are in town.
I see Three Days Grace as pretty good, nothing really noteworthy but still quite entertaining.
